How to add/cancel yourself from the schedule


Instructions on how to properly send a request to add/cancel yourself


When you send an email to add/cancel yourself, you should only send it to staffingcoordinators@tmhs.org. This will ensure that your emails will be read. If you are unable to send an email via computer; you can send a text to add/cancel yourself. The text number is 713-487-7473. You will ONLY receive a response from the Staffing Office if sent to staffingcoordinators@tmhs.org. If you want to confirm if we received the email, you can contact the Staffing Office at 713-441-3695.



PLEASE KEEP YOUR EMAILS SIMPLE. DO NOT PUT THE REASON FOR ADD/CANCELLATION.
